Saturday, February 25, 2006 I'm alive. I've been really, really busy lately. Things are going well though. I'm feeling more productive than ever. I even started teaching! Woo.

Situation in Parakou is much changed from just a week ago. With the oncoming presidential elections, quiet Parakou has been changed into craziness. Each canditate has a base of operations, and surrounding them are a constant stream of cars, trucks and other vehicles covered in posters with people screaming and yelling for support of their cantidate. People here are REALLY excited. It's sort of cool really, I mean sure we're excited in the States about elections... but how many cantidates actually have their own theme song? Yeah, that's right: they have themes.
